Terms
How engagements work.
- Engagements begin with Ascent, Ascent Elite, or Apex.
- Enhancements are added to an active engagement.
- Minimum agreement: three months. Ask about 12-month agreements.
- Unlimited AI usage is included; phone and text usage are billed separately at cost.
- Setup is due at kickoff.
- Setup investments are non-refundable once the system is live.
- The Apex Pilot investment is fully credited toward Apex setup.
- Final Apex investment is confirmed after consultation, based on firm size and scope.
